Notebook Hardware Control – Joint Review with Shockw@ve?

August 10, 2006 at 3:40 am Leave a comment

Shockw@ve recently told me that his laptop batt lasts him only 30 minutes so he prolly has to lug around his power adapter and that’s just so not cool, if he’s trying to impress that cute little young thing sitting over at the corner in starbucks with her spanky new toshiba u205. Well seeing that i’ve been meaning to do a review about Notebook Hardware Control (NHC) a little proggie that gives you more control over your notebook hardware and system power management than Windows Power Schemes to help manage your battery life. While the added control may be more than some really care to deal with, the hard drive and CPU speed management options could do a lot to extend your battery life. Requires .NET 2.0.

Let’s see if he’ll do a review for us.

i think i just made the blogger’s equivalent of passing the buck 😛
